(Construction) – Recently, the People’s Committee of Lang Son province issued Decision No. 460/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Na Duong 3 Industrial Cluster, Loc Binh district.
As a result, the industrial cluster’s scope and boundaries are as follows: The north borders the land reserved for development (DTPT-01, DTPT-02); the south borders the land for isolated trees; the east borders the land of the Na Duong 1 Industrial Cluster (established) and Na Duong 2 Industrial Cluster; and the west borders the land for isolated trees and the land reserved for development (DTPT02). The overall investment area in construction land is 50 hectares.
The main operating industries include the processing of the province’s key products; supporting industries, manufacturing, and assembling household appliances and machinery; processing, manufacturing, and mechanical industries; and industries that use clean and environmentally friendly technology.
The investor in the construction of technical infrastructure is a joint venture consisting of Tan Ha International Investment Joint Stock Company and TNT Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company. The total expected investment capital is 497.375 billion VND.
Regarding the progress of the project, from the first quarter of 2024 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, complete investment procedures, establish industrial clusters, carry out detailed planning 1/500, prepare and approve investment projects to build technical infrastructure of industrial clusters, carry out procedures according to the provisions of the law on land, construction, and the environment, and carry out site clearance work.
From the first quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2026, site clearance and synchronous construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters, including wastewater treatment plants, and initially lease premises to secondary factories; from the third quarter of 2026 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2027, complete the synchronous construction of technical infrastructure and attract investment to strive to fill 100% of the industrial land area.
