Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the Na Duong 3 Industrial Cluster is being invested in a synchronised and modern manner, including a convenient transportating system, reliable energy, water, and telecommunications supply, ensuring continuous and successful production and business activities. With important roadways connecting to neighbouring towns and seaports, the industrial park facilitates cargo transportation while also assisting enterprises in optimising logistics operations and promoting sustainable development.
– Water supply system: Raw water is transported to the Na Duong 3 industrial cluster’s clean water treatment plant by DN300 cast iron pipe from the lake of the Ky Cung 4 irrigation – hydropower project (Ban Lai), located about 10 kilometres northeast of the industrial cluster, with a flow rate of Q = 5,120 m3/day. After being treated to satisfy standards, the water will be delivered to the consumption network.
– Wastewater treatment system: All of the wastewater produced after being treated to meet the discharge standards (with a separate collection, treatment, and drainage system) and the amount of rainwater collected into separate drainage ditches on the roadside of the land within the project scope are poured through the discharge gates, and from there the water is discharged into Khuoi Phuc Stream
– Traffic System: Na Duong 3 Industrial Park constructs the whole road system to concrete road standards, assuring smooth operation throughout the project term and reducing the need for manufacturers to reallocate production plans due to road surface upgrades and repairs. The Industrial Park’s internal road system is complemented with a wide area of trees, grass on walkways, and median strips, creating a cool green landscape for the entire area. Furthermore, the Industrial Park’s whole water supply and drainage system is located beneath the corridor on both sides of the road, ensuring overall safety and hygiene for vehicles and workers travelling through the park.
– Electrical system: provided by a transformer station designed exclusively for industrial production development. Electrical connection connections are installed at the foot of the customer’s land plot fence and are periodically coordinated by the Industrial Park with specialised units in periodic maintenance management to provide continuous power supply for the factory’s manufacturing process.
